Role Overview:

This role focuses on internal process enhancement rather than client acquisition. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by improving planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution workflows to ensure seamless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline internal workflows, team structures, and event execution processes.

• Enhance cross-departmental coordination to meet project deadlines efficiently.

• Improve budgeting frameworks, pricing models, and proposal development processes.

• Implement and optimize project management systems and tools.

• Identify operational gaps and recommend measurable improvements.

• Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE events industry with a strong operational focus.

• Proven track record of optimizing team efficiency and event production workflows.

• Excellent communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset.

• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Valid UAE driver’s license.
