Position: Senior Civil Engineer – Water Infrastructure

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with proven expertise in water infrastructure projects to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role requires hands-on site management and technical oversight for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution and supervision of civil works related to water supply, drainage, and sewerage systems, including pipelines, reservoirs, and manholes.

• Oversee contractors and site teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and local authorities for smooth project execution and inspections.

• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and as-built documentation.

• Ensure alignment with Abu Dhabi/Dubai municipal codes (ADM, ADDC, DEWA, ADSSC, etc.).

• Identify technical risks, propose engineering solutions, and support in resolving site issues.

• Prepare technical reports, progress documentation, inspection records, and QA/QC submissions.

• Participate in material approvals, quantity take-offs, and contractor invoice verifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and utility projects

• Strong knowledge of underground utility works: HDPE/GRP pipelines, chambers, manholes, and pump stations

• Familiarity with regional authority regulations and standards

• Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
