Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a qualified and experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist to join a reputed healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care in obstetrics and gynecology, covering prenatal care, childbirth, postnatal care, and treatment of reproductive health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient OB-GYN care including antenatal, delivery, and surgical interventions.

• Diagnose and manage female reproductive health disorders and provide preventative care and education.

• Perform gynecological surgeries and deliveries at partner hospitals.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and departmental meetings.

• Maintain up-to-date patient records in compliance with electronic medical record (EMR) standards.

• Adhere to clinic policies, safety standards, and best medical practices.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to patient-centric outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MD or equivalent with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• Valid license to practice in the UAE (DHA/DOH/MOH or eligibility).

• Minimum 3 to 8 years of clinical experience post-specialization.

• Proven expertise in handling complex deliveries, C-sections, and gynecological surgeries.

• Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills.

• Open to Arab, European, Anglophone, and CIS nationalities.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Attractive monthly salary between AED 60,000 – 75,000 based on experience.
