Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated Sales Associates to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and contribute to company growth in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

• Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and client support teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

• Stay informed about financial markets, FX, and CFD trading to better assist clients.

Candidate Profile:

• 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.

• Familiarity with financial markets, FX, and CFD trading is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.

• Previous experience in financial services industry is an added advantage.
