Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand both current and new accounts as per the area assigned by the manager.

• Focus on client retention by minimizing churn and using modern sales techniques to increase engagement and sales.

• Develop and maintain accurate client records and systematically update data for quick assessments and reporting.

• Represent the company positively by interacting with existing and potential clients both remotely and in-person.

• Collaborate with design, development, and executive teams to gain a clear understanding of the product or service for effective promotion.
