We are looking for a Senior Recruiter / Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a recruitment partner for multiple client accounts, ensuring delivery of top-tier candidates.

• Collaborate with clients to gather job specifications and understand their hiring needs.

• Conduct proactive candidate sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other platforms.

• Carry out telephone screenings and interviews, assessing candidates’ fit for the role and company culture.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

• Provide a high-quality aftercare service post-placement to ensure long-term satisfaction.

• Format and prepare candidate CVs in line with Big Fish Recruitment standards.

• Maintain and update the candidate database, organizing profiles and ensuring information is current and accurate.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering excellent service and consistent results.

• Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time effectively.

✅ Requirements:

• High school diploma or above (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, sales-oriented environment.

• Outstanding time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Strong IT proficiency and ability to use recruitment software/ATS tools.

• A proactive, flexible, and results-focused approach to work.

• Familiarity with MENA markets and hiring practices is an advantage.
