Your Role: Secondary Property Consultant
You will manage buying, selling, and leasing of ready properties in Dubai’s fast-paced real estate sector. This role requires strong sales ability, resilience, and a passion for property. Your success will be supported by DRE’s industry-leading training, marketing, and back-office support teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients through property purchases, sales, and rentals in Dubai.

Conduct valuations, arrange viewings, and handle negotiations.

Build strong client relationships and maintain post-sale engagement.

Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and CRM tools.

Stay updated with market trends and RERA regulations.

Work collaboratively with internal teams: Sales Progression, Admin, Marketing, and Listings.

Ideal Candidate:

Sales, recruitment, or business development experience (real estate or luxury sales is a plus).

Willingness and financial ability to relocate to Dubai.

Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.

Confident, self-driven, professional, and goal-oriented.

Possesses a valid UK, EU, or UAE driving license.

Strong negotiation, communication, and client-service skills.

Financially prepared for the initial 4–6 months as deals close.
