Securitas USA is seeking professional, reliable, and vigilant individuals to join our security team as Full-Time Security Officers. This position is located at the Truck Gate in St. Charles, MO, and involves protecting client premises, personnel, and assets. Former military or law enforcement personnel are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patrols and monitor access points to secure premises.

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate potentially volatile situations.

• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and guests.

• Detect and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or incidents.

• Prepare detailed and accurate incident and witness reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must have a valid Driver’s License

• Basic computer and technology skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert during shifts

• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to conduct routine patrols and remain on-foot throughout the shift

• Must pass background check process
