KEO International Consultants is a globally recognized design, engineering, and project management firm with over 60 years of excellence in delivering some of the world’s most iconic infrastructure and urban projects. We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-driven Infrastructure Site Inspector to join our Dubai-based supervision team.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure and villa development projects, ensuring the highest standards in quality, safety, and compliance are met throughout all construction stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and respond to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by contractors in a timely and professional manner.

• Assess shop drawings against design specifications, local regulatory codes, and international standards.

• Report non-conforming work and assist in implementing corrective actions through relevant stakeholders.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Document daily construction activities and progress with photographic evidence.

• Prepare detailed reports including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and surveillance notes for site deficiencies.

• Ensure cross-discipline coordination on-site, especially between civil, electrical, and landscaping works.

• Provide technical guidance on resolving site-related infrastructure issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in infrastructure inspection roles.

• Proven background in villa community development, including shallow/deep utilities and landscape infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of infrastructure-related regulatory compliance in the UAE.

• Excellent reporting, communication, and site coordination skills.
