A leading event services company in the UAE, part of a prestigious exhibition center, is looking to hire a skilled 3D Designer for a temporary 3–4 month contract. This is an immediate start role, ideal for candidates with a strong background in 3D exhibition stand design and a creative approach to spatial visualizations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional 3D stand design concepts for exhibitions and events, from brief to final execution

• Create high-quality renderings, visualizations, animations, and photo composites to effectively communicate design intent

• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing direction on concept development and design feasibility

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and exhibitor manuals for consistency and compliance

• Utilize CAD software to prepare detailed layouts and technical drawings for complex design projects

• Review project designs for strategic alignment and creative excellence before final delivery

• Maintain organized file structures and data management systems for all project files

• Collaborate closely with Commercial and Operations Teams to meet project timelines and specifications

• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative event concepts

• Ensure designs meet structural and safety standards in technical documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D exhibition design, with a strong portfolio (must include portfolio link)

• Proficiency in 3D design software and CAD tools

• Ability to produce photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations

• Solid understanding of design principles and event industry standards

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment

• Available for immediate start and able to commit to a 3–4 month engagement
