About the Role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Economics & Sustainability (E&S) team based in Dubai, focusing on projects across Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role is ideal for candidates with a background in economics, econometrics, or public policy who are passionate about applying data-driven insights to public and private sector challenges. The successful candidate will support strategy and policy-making decisions by delivering impactful economic analyses and sustainability consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in shaping long-term business strategies and client growth

• Deliver high-quality economic and sustainability analysis to guide critical decision-making

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

• Prepare detailed documentation, executive-level reports, and client deliverables

• Engage with senior government officials and business leaders on high-profile initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across PwC’s consulting and assurance services

• Mentor and coach junior team members to build internal capabilities

• Contribute to PwC’s broader strategic objectives and service line integration

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite

• Experience with Stata, R, EViews, Power BI, Tableau, or ThinkCell preferred

• Strong communication skills for conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences

• Analytical problem-solving and project leadership skills

• Ability to travel across the Middle East as per project needs

• Passion for knowledge-sharing and team development

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Econometrics (required)

• Master’s Degree in Economics or Public Policy (preferred)

• 3+ years of experience in roles related to:

  • Economic impact assessments

  • Macroeconomic forecasting

  • Public finance or policy development

• Proven experience in economic modelling and strategic consulting
