Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Hostess to join its team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires a customer-focused professional with at least 5 years of experience in high-end hospitality. The role is central to ensuring seamless lounge operations, guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests to create a warm and inviting experience

• Explain buffet and F&B offerings; coordinate with servers, chefs, and managers

• Monitor guest feedback and report to Supervisor on Duty

• Collect and communicate VIP and IO guest details to ensure personalized service

• Maintain records of guest preferences and visit histories

• Ensure availability of essential tools and coordinate with supervisors

• Manage wine/store receipts and notify discrepancies to Assistant F&B Manager

• Complete shift handovers with proper reporting and task follow-up

• Maintain lounge cleanliness and comply with QHSE and hygiene standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a hostess in upscale hospitality (hotels or restaurants)

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene protocols

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus)

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and guest-focused mindset

• Well-organized and able to multitask in fast-paced settings

• Effective team collaboration with staff and airline clients

• Accurate in record-keeping, inventory tracking, and procedural compliance
