GE HealthCare is offering a 12-month Early Career Trainee (ECT) Program in Service Finance, targeting fresh graduates in finance, economics, or accounting. Based in Dubai with a hybrid work setup, this full-time role provides hands-on experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and project analysis while contributing to the service operations across the Middle East and Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Service Operations team in financial visibility and reporting
-
Assist in quarterly Profit & Loss (P&L) projections and monitor actuals
-
Investigate and escalate financial variances; support resolution processes
-
Contribute to transition of SVC MAX system and identify Revenue/Cost issues
-
Perform project-based profitability and feasibility analyses
-
Build dashboards and reports to improve cost and revenue tracking
-
Comply with GE HealthCare’s quality and regulatory standards
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
-
Fluency in both Arabic and English
-
Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
-
Familiarity with ERPs (Oracle, SAP)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-
Analytical mindset and ability to manage large datasets
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using PowerBI or Oracle Analytics for reporting

Adaptability in fast-changing environments
