ProLeap Development Group is seeking Certified Trainers and Advisors for inclusion in its global consulting roster. This is a hybrid contract-based opportunity for professionals with expertise in areas like Disaster Management, RBM, Proposal Writing, KPIs, ArcGIS, and more. Successful applicants will support global development and humanitarian training projects remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
Depending on area(s) of expertise, duties may include:

• Designing and delivering training programs tailored for humanitarian and development sectors

• Facilitating workshops and capacity-building sessions (remote or in-person)

• Developing learning materials and toolkits

• Supporting integration of RBM, SPHERE standards, project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), and KPIs into client operations

• Providing specialized training on MSME development, PPPs, proposal writing, communications, ArcGIS, and more

• Promoting inclusive, context-specific training strategies and mentorship

• Contributing to organizational learning through ToT programs and simulations

Required Areas of Expertise (one or more):

• SPHERE Standards

• Disaster Management

• Result-based Management (RBM)

• Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)

• Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)

• Proposal Writing

• Communications & Negotiations

• KPIs & Project Management

• ArcGIS

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Development, Humanitarian Studies, Business, Communication, or relevant field

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in training, facilitation, or consulting

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ArcGIS, CIPD, CTP, SPHERE, etc.

• Expertise in adult learning methodologies and instructional design

• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, Turkish) are a plus

• Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions globally
