👗 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Support the implementation of CRM, Customer Experience (CX), and other customer engagement initiatives in-store.

• Collect and analyze data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers to support business reviews.

• Drive client relationships using an omni-channel approach.

• Provide pre-buying product feedback to inform buying decisions.

• Promote and support loyalty programs like MUSE, ensuring accurate customer data capture aligned with marketing needs.

• Maintain adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and store SOPs.

• Ensure click-and-collect operations meet service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Support marketing events, activations, and stay updated with brand social media campaigns.

• Drive product sell-through and contribute to improving in-store customer experience.

• Provide regular feedback on store performance and customer insights.

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Strong English and Russian communication skills.

• Previous experience in accessories or ready-to-wear (RTW) luxury retail.

• Deep understanding of exceptional customer service, CRM, storytelling, and product knowledge.
