✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store.

• Implement CRM, CX, and key customer engagement initiatives effectively.

• Analyze customer behavior data, track bestsellers and slow movers to support business reviews.

• Build and nurture client relationships using an omni-channel approach.

• Provide pre-buying feedback on product assortments.

• Promote and manage loyalty programs such as MUSE and ensure customer data is captured accurately.

• Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and store SOPs.

• Oversee click-and-collect operations within service-level agreements.

• Support marketing events, in-store activations, and social media campaigns.

• Drive product sell-through and contribute to customer experience improvements.

• Collaborate on store feedback, reporting what works and areas for improvement.

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 5 years experience in tailoring and luxury fashion retail.

• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.

• Passion for delivering personalized luxury experiences and deep product knowledge.
