Talent Hub, a reputable consultancy firm in Dubai, is hiring a Business Setup Consultant for a full-time, on-site role. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who understand the UAE’s business landscape, especially in company formation and licensing across mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions.

As a Business Setup Consultant, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting clients through the process of launching their businesses in the UAE. The role involves active lead generation, client consultations, sales execution, and government coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media.

• Advise clients on the most suitable UAE business setup options and ensure legal compliance.

• Assist with documentation, applications, and liaise with government departments.

• Adopt a consultative sales approach to build long-term relationships with clients.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and keep sales pipeline reports up to date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualifications are preferred.

• 4 to 8 years of experience in business setup, consulting, or sales within the UAE.

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s free zones and Department of Economic Development (DED) processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM system skills.

• A valid UAE driving license (owning a car is a plus).

Job Details:

• Work Days: 6 days/week

• Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM

• Salary: AED 6,000/month + Attractive Commission

• Visa: Employment visa provided
