BOSQ Ergonomic Living, a leading name in the furniture industry, is seeking a Sales and Design Consultant to join their Dubai showroom on a full-time, on-site basis. This role requires a dynamic professional with a combination of sales expertise and interior design skills, experienced in the UAE market.

The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their lifestyle and spatial needs, develop customized furniture and interior design solutions, and drive sales to achieve targets. The role involves client consultations, design presentations, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client preferences, lifestyle, and spatial constraints to create tailored furniture layouts and design solutions.

• Conduct site visits for space assessment and measurements.

• Develop mood boards, 2D/3D visualizations, and product mockups.

• Provide detailed design consultations on furniture placement, color schemes, and materials.

• Guide clients through product selection and close sales effectively.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines, specifications, and customization options.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.

• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries professionally.

• Collaborate with showroom staff, logistics, and design teams.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and design plans.

• Report sales activity and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/design roles within the UAE furniture or interior design industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.

• Strong design portfolio preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar.

• Confident, customer-focused, well-groomed, with a passion for design.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
