As a Waitress/Barista, you will greet and serve customers, provide detailed information about menu items, coffee, and smoothies, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations according to the hotel’s food and beverage standards. The position demands patience, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Provide detailed information on menu items, coffee, and smoothie offerings.

• Multi-task various front-of-house duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.

• Monitor guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waitress/barista in a 4-star hotel or similar setting.

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and service.

• Strong focus on guest needs, maintaining calm and courteous demeanor.

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
