Position: Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE (10 minutes from Business Bay)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 per month (plus annual flights and medical coverage)

A leading civil engineering main contractor with over 40 years of success across the GCC is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join a prestigious 650 Million AED infrastructure project in Dubai. This is a long-term opportunity to work alongside a Western-led management team on a dynamic project involving concrete structures, utilities, access roads, and earthworks.

🏗 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project drawings and accurately estimate materials, labor, and timeline in coordination with the Construction Manager.

• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols on site.

• Maintain documentation for delays and variations to support claims for extensions and variations.

• Lead and supervise quality control over earthworks and large-scale concrete pours.

• Inspire and manage site teams to achieve project milestones efficiently.

• Collaborate with subcontractors and the supply chain to ensure seamless execution and mutual success.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering/infrastructure projects exceeding AED 300 Million.

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Proven track record in the UAE construction sector with consistent career growth.

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

• Available to start before July 1st.

• Based in the GCC and available for face-to-face interviews in the UAE.

• Open to a 6-day workweek.
