Key Responsibilities:

• Stage and present residential properties to prospective tenants or buyers

• Advertise and market available living spaces through various channels

• Generate and nurture leads by identifying and reaching out to new prospects

• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties

• Negotiate rental or purchase terms and assist clients through the closing process

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial drive

• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
