About The Role

The Teaching Assistant will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and ensuring student success in a premium international school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in classroom activities and lesson delivery.

• Support students’ learning and development needs.

• Help manage classroom resources and administrative tasks.

• Facilitate communication and rapport with students.

• Utilize online teaching platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, and Seesaw.

• Support continuous professional development and training initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in international schools.

• Outstanding communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Good time management skills to complete administrative tasks.

• Passion for education and strong rapport with young learners.

• Excellent interpersonal and professional conduct.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, Seesaw).

• Must hold relevant experience and qualifications.

• Must have family or own visa sponsorship valid for UAE employment.
