Tefra Integro is seeking a highly qualified and market-savvy Project Business Manager to lead the launch and development of a unique patented acoustic membrane panel technology (DPK_TST) in the UAE. As the exclusive distributor, you will design and execute a comprehensive market entry and business growth strategy targeting residential, commercial, and specialized sectors.

About the Product

DPK_TST panels are a breakthrough in sound reproduction technology — ultra-thin, passive broadband acoustic emitters offering unparalleled sound clarity, omnidirectional dispersion, and high efficiency. Applications include Hi-Fi/Hi-End systems, home theaters, conference halls, airports, medical institutions, and defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a tailored market launch strategy for UAE B2C and B2B sectors.

• Conduct in-depth competitor and customer research in audio and building technologies in the UAE.

• Create and manage sales channels — retail, AV integrators, interior designers, architectural firms, and government tenders.

• Plan and lead participation in local trade shows (e.g., CABSAT, Prolight + Sound, Smart Home Show).

• Oversee logistics, certification, and import regulations in the UAE.

• Develop compelling local marketing and PR strategies (both offline and online).

• Collaborate with the product team to adapt technology to local market needs.

• Report to the business owner and provide performance metrics.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of project or business development experience in consumer electronics, AV integration, or building technologies in the UAE.

• Proven track record of successful new technology product launches in Gulf markets.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE AV market, interior design sector, and government tender processes.

• Familiarity with local regulations, distribution practices, and certification requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, negotiate with partners, and drive business growth.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and ability to work independently in a startup-like environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or Acoustics.

• Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Experience with European or patented technology brands.

• Understanding of acoustic design, building automation, or audio installation is a plus.
