Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and driven Real Estate Consultants to join our team. This role focuses on assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, particularly off-plan developments in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, knowledgeable about Dubai’s real estate market, and excellent in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in property transactions including buying, selling, and renting, with emphasis on off-plan properties.

• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients.

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Stay informed on market trends, property values, and regulatory changes in Dubai.

• Negotiate and finalize property deals ensuring compliance with laws.

• Support marketing initiatives by showcasing properties and creating engaging social media content.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Dubai.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulatory environment.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
