Rich Star Real Estate, a trusted name in the UAE property market, is seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join its dynamic team in Arjan, Dubai. This is a commission-based role offering high incentives, ideal for professionals eager to grow in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.

• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, mortgages, and legal requirements.

• Conduct property listings, schedule and lead viewings.

• Build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts.

• Negotiate terms and close property sales and lease agreements.

• Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.

• Familiarity with real estate tools, CRMs, and online platforms.

• Real estate license is an advantage but not mandatory at the start.

• Must be based in or willing to work in Arjan, Dubai.

Compensation:
