Mackenzie Jones Middle East is seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist with expertise in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to join a leading regional organization in the GCC. This high-impact role will be responsible for shaping the company’s rewards structure, ensuring market competitiveness, and maintaining internal equity. The role involves working with job evaluation methodologies like Korn Ferry, Mercer, or Hay and requires hands-on experience in managing reward data and HR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and support the annual salary review, bonus process, and other compensation and benefits programs across the organization.

• Provide actionable insights through analysis of quantitative and qualitative reward data.

• Complete salary survey submissions on time and with accuracy.

• Conduct periodic reviews of the compensation and grading structure, recommending enhancements to ensure competitiveness in the external market.

• Perform job evaluations across the group using Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology and ensure grading aligns with internal equity.

• Assist in the formulation and communication of benefit programs and manage ongoing benefits administration.

• Oversee the Inner Circle employee discount program.

• Maintain reward data integrity (positions/job creation, Intranet, SharePoint).

• Test Oracle HCM – C&B module quarterly updates.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong focus on job evaluation.

• Expertise in frameworks like Korn Ferry, Mercer, or Hay.

• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills.

• Experience working with HR systems such as Oracle is preferred.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
