Job Title: Warehouse Staging Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate raw material and packaging needs daily with warehouse teams to ensure production readiness.

• Ensure timely and precise availability of materials for production lines.

SAP System Operations

• Execute SAP transactions related to staging, goods issues, stock movement, and batch tracking.

• Maintain accurate system entries and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments.

Material Preparation & Coordination

• Organize batch-wise kitting and staging of raw materials as per production plans.

• Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure on-time availability.

Inventory Management

• Monitor and control stock levels in staging areas using SAP.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO material issuance principles to reduce waste and ensure compliance.

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of all staged, issued, and returned materials.

• Ensure traceability between physical movements and SAP data for audit-readiness.

Team Supervision

• Lead, train, and manage the staging team; plan shifts and assign responsibilities.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, DG (Dangerous Goods) handling, and safety protocols.

Process & Equipment Improvement

• Maintain order and efficiency in the staging area using 5S methodology.

• Monitor and maintain staging tools/equipment and arrange necessary repairs or calibration.

• Report safety incidents and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or staging operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Experience in batch making and SAP-based inventory handling is preferred.
