MetLife, a leading global financial services company, is seeking a Sales Agent for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This position will focus on providing exceptional customer service, selling insurance products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent service and support.

• Sell a range of insurance products to meet customer needs.

• Train customers on available services and provide guidance on product options.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the UAE.

• Skills: Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
