Cognita Schools, a global leader in independent education with over 100 schools in 16 countries, is hiring a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join its regional team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about supporting diverse employees across multiple institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases throughout the employee lifecycle.

Respond to employee queries promptly, ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Administer HR policies, employee benefits, and draft key employee communications (e.g., letters, NOCs, contracts).
-
Manage visa, work permit, and medical insurance processes.
-
Track attendance, leaves, performance reviews, and training.
-
Support payroll processes and ensure accuracy of data.
-
Prepare audit-ready documentation and contribute to HR system enhancements.
Employee Relations:
-
Provide first-line HR advice on performance, grievance, and disciplinary matters.

Manage documentation in compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Escalate complex ER issues as needed and support senior HR leadership administratively.
Offboarding & Separations:
-
Handle complete offboarding including EOSB, visa/insurance cancellation.
-
Ensure smooth and compliant employee separations.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Proven experience in a generalist HR role covering the full employee lifecycle.

Knowledge of UAE Labour Law (experience in the education sector and GCC is an advantage).

Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and coordinate across various locations.

Familiarity with HRIS tools and database systems.
