HR Expert UAE is hiring an experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a well-established medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions affecting the mouth, jaw, face, and neck. This includes both emergency interventions and planned surgical procedures, along with comprehensive post-operative care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsies to determine malignancy in growths or tumors.

• Administer anesthesia (local, regional, or general) prior to surgery.

• Surgically remove impacted teeth, tumors, or abnormal growths.

• Perform jaw realignment procedures to enhance functionality and symmetry.

• Carry out reconstructive surgeries for trauma, congenital defects, or structural abnormalities.

• Prepare and perform dental implant procedures.

• Collaborate with other medical professionals to design patient-specific treatment plans.

• Communicate diagnoses, procedures, and aftercare plans clearly to patients.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).

• Valid license to practice as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in the UAE.

• Proven experience in oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.

• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

• Physical stamina for long surgical procedures.

• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
