Job Title: Multilingual Real Estate Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Executives fluent in Russian, Chinese, Farsi, or French to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of UAE developer-side real estate sales experience, passionate about driving sales and expanding global market reach.
Key Responsibilities:

Stay updated with the latest UAE Real Estate laws, trends, and regulations.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all current and upcoming company projects.

Research and generate leads, pursue new business opportunities, and meet sales targets.

Manage the entire sales process from client interaction and property site visits to deal negotiation and closure.

Accurately update all leads and activities in the CRM system.

Build new business relationships by signing agency agreements with both local and international real estate agencies and agents.

Negotiate exclusive territory agreements to boost international sales reach.

Negotiate deals within company pricing guidelines and ensure smooth documentation from clients.

Generate and manage leads through exhibitions, referrals, roadshows, and agents.

Lead international roadshows to market the company’s projects globally.

Collaborate with the marketing team to offer feedback on events, promotions, and competitor activities.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
Skills and Qualifications:

Fluency in Russian, Chinese, Farsi, or French is mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate developer-side sales.

Strong knowledge of UAE real estate markets and regulations.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and client engagement skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.

Ability to represent the company professionally at global events and exhibitions.
