Job Title: Multilingual Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Executives fluent in Russian, Chinese, Farsi, or French to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of UAE developer-side real estate sales experience, passionate about driving sales and expanding global market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated with the latest UAE Real Estate laws, trends, and regulations.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all current and upcoming company projects.

  • Research and generate leads, pursue new business opportunities, and meet sales targets.

  • Manage the entire sales process from client interaction and property site visits to deal negotiation and closure.

  • Accurately update all leads and activities in the CRM system.

  • Build new business relationships by signing agency agreements with both local and international real estate agencies and agents.

  • Negotiate exclusive territory agreements to boost international sales reach.

  • Negotiate deals within company pricing guidelines and ensure smooth documentation from clients.

  • Generate and manage leads through exhibitions, referrals, roadshows, and agents.

  • Lead international roadshows to market the company’s projects globally.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to offer feedback on events, promotions, and competitor activities.

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Russian, Chinese, Farsi, or French is mandatory.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate developer-side sales.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate markets and regulations.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client engagement skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.

  • Ability to represent the company professionally at global events and exhibitions.

  • Driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated with an international sales mindset.
