Programme Overview:
This 24-month development programme consists of:

• 12-month structured rotational training through core Tesla departments including Sales, Delivery, Service, and Customer Operations.

• 12-month full-time role, based on performance, with opportunities for long-term career growth within Tesla.

We value potential over academic achievement, so the selection process is simplified into just three steps:

1. Online screening questionnaire (20 mins)

2. Phone call with a Tesla Recruiter

3. Final interview with the Hiring Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in hands-on, rotational training across core business units.

• Support cross-functional projects and contribute to Tesla’s customer-centric mission.

• Learn to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

• Meet and exceed performance expectations during each rotation.

• Collaborate with mentors to explore future Tesla career paths post-programme.

• Represent Tesla’s brand and values with professionalism and integrity.

• Be flexible with work locations and schedules, including weekend shifts and travel.

Skills & Requirements:

• UAE National with family book

• Full UAE driving license

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

• Professional, enthusiastic, and proactive approach

• Passion for Tesla’s mission and innovation-driven culture

• Not enrolled in full-time education as of June 2025 (gap year students are not eligible)
