Job Overview:

We are looking for a Research Associate specializing in coffee and nutrition to join our team. This hybrid role, based in Dubai, will focus on research-driven insights and the development of our signature coffee offerings. Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee Sourcing Research: Investigate sustainable sourcing methods that align with brand values and quality standards.

• Flavor Profile Analysis: Collaborate with the roasting team to document unique flavor characteristics and their associated health benefits.

• Processing Method Evaluation: Analyze how various coffee processing techniques affect flavor, aroma, and nutritional value.

• Nutritional Content Development: Create detailed nutritional profiles, highlighting health benefits such as improved brain health, metabolism, heart health, and more.

• Customer Education Initiatives: Develop workshops, educational content, and wellness programs that connect coffee to holistic health.

• Quality Control Audits: Perform regular audits of roasting and brewing processes to ensure the highest standards of quality.

• Aromatherapy Research: Explore the therapeutic benefits of coffee aromas to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Coffee Science, or a related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage research, product development, or quality control is preferred.

• Skills:
