Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical maintenance, and air conditioning repair. You will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving minor technical issues across these areas to ensure smooth operations and timely maintenance of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and AC units.

• Diagnose problems and determine appropriate solutions for minor repair tasks.

• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, clean working condition.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

• Work independently or with a team as required, across residential or commercial settings.

• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and AC maintenance.

• Ability to perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials commonly used in maintenance and repair work.

• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.

• Effective communication and time management skills.
