Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead strategic initiatives to boost efficiency and integrate AI-driven innovations into existing processes.

• Work cross-functionally with departments like Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Client Experience to streamline operations and resolve issues.

• Analyze key performance indicators and business data to develop insights and provide leadership with actionable reports and presentations.

• Ensure timely project execution and mentor junior team members in coordination with the Assistant Manager.

Qualifications:

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals aged 35 and below.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, strategy, or business operations.

• Background in AI solutions, process automation, or data analytics is an added advantage.
