Job Title: Customer Activation & Sales Planning Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and disciplined Customer Activation & Sales Planning Executive to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring excellent in-store execution and business alignment. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, data-centric, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities including stakeholder coordination, promotion planning, and operational alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and internal counterparts.

  • Drive the right promotional mix and activations through effective planning and investment management.

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational tasks aligned with customer and business needs.

  • Monitor in-store execution and ensure consistent product availability.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business goals and customer expectations are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing with 3–4 years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and execution.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make insights-based decisions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Residence Location: United Arab Emirates

  • Nationality: India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka

  • Age: 25 – 33 years
