Job Title: Senior Shift Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Shift Supervisor to oversee operations in a high-performing petrochemical facility. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in processing and managing C4, Butadiene, MTBE, Toluene, Benzene, and associated derivatives and utilities. Experience in tank farms, catalysts, and extruders is essential. This role is critical to maintaining smooth and efficient production during assigned shifts and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage shift operations across various units including derivatives, tank farms, catalysts, and extruder lines.

• Ensure smooth production and process flow for C4, Butadiene, MTBE, Toluene, Benzene, and other petrochemical products.

• Monitor utilities and plant support systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Coordinate with the operations, maintenance, and safety teams to resolve issues swiftly.

• Lead shift handovers with clear documentation and communication.

• Enforce safety and environmental regulations in line with company policy.

• Train, guide, and assess team members to promote operational excellence.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the petrochemical industry, specifically in handling C4, Butadiene, MTBE, Toluene, Benzene, derivatives, and associated utilities.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.

• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.

• In-depth understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
