Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of product initiatives aligned with strategic business goals. This role involves deep collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive process optimization, system enhancement, and innovation within agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and in-depth analyses to understand business needs.

Process Optimization & System Design:

• Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.

• Design scalable, efficient systems aligned with business goals and regulatory compliance.

Data & Risk Analysis:

• Analyze customer behavior, financial performance, and operational data to drive strategic decisions.

• Identify business risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies.

Project Execution & Agile Delivery:

• Support the planning and development of key product initiatives.

• Work within Scrum/Kanban frameworks to guide development and ensure sprint success.

Testing & Implementation:

• Define and lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scenarios to ensure solution quality.

• Facilitate implementation and training for new systems or process rollouts.

Documentation & Communication:

• Maintain detailed documentation: process flows, functional specs, and user guides.

• Present findings and status updates to stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor system performance, gather feedback, and propose enhancements.

• Align processes with evolving business demands and new service offerings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Business, MIS, or Economics

• Agile certification (Scrum Alliance, SAFe)

• CBAP or CCBA certified (preferred)

• 3+ years’ experience as a Software Business Analyst

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience in Agile environments
