Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and proactive Site Supervisor to manage and oversee on-site construction activities for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site work, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring project progress aligns with construction schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings for accuracy and clarity; ensure that only current Issued for Construction (IFC) revisions are used.

• Withdraw outdated drawings from the site and maintain proper document control.

• Supervise daily site activities and report any delays or issues to the Section Engineer.

• Maintain a detailed daily site diary of events and observations.

• Monitor construction progress against the project schedule and coordinate corrective actions where required.

• Oversee subcontractor performance and resolve issues that may impact timelines or quality.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations; report risks to the Safety Officer or Section Engineer.

• Plan and execute inspections for internal processes and ensure completed work meets specifications before submission.

• Manage and distribute manpower, materials, and equipment in coordination with General Foremen and Section Engineer.

• Ensure use of only approved materials on-site and verify quality standards are met.

• Supervise the activities of foremen, trade foremen, and land surveyors as per project needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• 3–5 years of experience with main contractors, preferably in high-rise building projects.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of construction drawings, inspection protocols, and quality assurance.

• Proficient in construction scheduling and safety procedures.
