WeightWatchers is seeking a Senior UX Writer to join their global team. As a leader in the digital health space, WeightWatchers helps individuals build healthy habits. In this role, you will develop digital copy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence the tone of voice across multiple digital platforms, focusing on creating clear and effective content for behavior change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, write, and deliver interface copy for human-centered user experiences.

• Work closely with Product Designers to define, test, and iterate UI copy across various customer touchpoints.

• Develop content strategies that communicate complex features clearly and build user confidence.

• Collaborate with teams from Product, Brand, Marketing, and UX Research to align content with brand and user needs.

• Create and evangelize copy guidelines, best practices, and product tone of voice based on user research.

• Focus on inclusivity, usability, and trust in all written content.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Writer or similar role.

• 2+ years of experience supporting product design and development.

• Web-based portfolio showcasing relevant UX writing samples, including problem-solving examples and user impact.

• Familiarity with UX methodologies and an iterative work environment.

• Strong ability to write a wide range of content for digital products, including headlines, error messages, and navigation items.

• A self-motivated team player with leadership skills.

• Passion for health and wellness, with empathy for customers seeking support in weight management.

• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to adjust style based on the audience and message.
