We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee the daily operations of our early childhood education center in Dubai. As the Nursery Manager, you will ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, while managing a dedicated team of educators and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursery operations, ensuring high standards of education and child care

• Lead and inspire a team of educators, promoting their professional growth and development

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and exploration

• Ensure compliance with UAE childcare regulations and safety standards

• Manage nursery enrolments, budgeting, and administrative tasks

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress

• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance to ensure quality service delivery

• Promote holistic child development by nurturing psychological comfort and emotional well-being

Candidate Requirements:

• Master’s degree in education or equivalent (CACHE 5 preferred)

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting (UAE experience is mandatory)

• Deep understanding of UAE childcare regulations and early education standards

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience in administrative management (budgeting, staff management)

• Passionate about creating a positive learning environment and supporting young children’s development

• Fluency in English and Russian
