In this full-time role, you will work closely with property owners, buyers, and investors to facilitate resale deals, expand our portfolio of listings, and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with property owners, buyers, and investors to close secondary market resale deals.

• Build and manage a strong portfolio of property listings, ensuring consistent deal closures.

• Provide expert guidance to clients, helping them navigate Dubai’s real estate market.

• Stay updated on Dubai’s property trends and community developments to offer informed advice.

• Source listings, manage leads, and close deals independently, driving your own success.

• Leverage multilingual skills (if applicable) to work with international clients and expand the client base.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.

• Multilingual skills or experience working with international clients is a plus.

• Strong understanding of Dubai’s property trends and communities, or eagerness to learn.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
