HR Group IOP is seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive with experience in Dubai’s real estate or banking industry. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for sales professionals with a talent for cold calling and mortgage lead generation. If you have 6 months to 1 year of experience in UAE’s competitive market and thrive in target-driven environments, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform cold calls to potential clients to generate mortgage sales leads

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Educate clients on available mortgage options and assist them through the process

Work towards and exceed sales targets consistently

Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead progress
Candidate Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications:
-
6 months to 1 year of telesales experience in UAE’s real estate or banking sector

Solid understanding of mortgage sales and lead conversion techniques
-
Familiarity with UAE mortgage products is a plus
-
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-
Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000
