Inspire Selection is urgently hiring Site Engineers for a respected construction firm based in Dubai South, UAE. The role involves G+4 civil residential projects and offers the opportunity to work with a company that has delivered high-quality buildings for nearly 40 years. This is a full-time, on-site role, operating 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for G+4 residential projects

• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications

• Monitor project timelines and report progress

• Maintain quality control standards on-site

• Assist in resolving technical and engineering issues

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry

• Proven background in civil residential construction (G+4)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings

• Good communication skills in English

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
