The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service to guests.

• Accurately receive and serve hot and cold beverage orders, as well as food items.

• Ensure timely service, especially for guests with time constraints.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas.

• Clean and maintain all beverage equipment to standard.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all non-alcoholic beverage brands, glassware, and garnishing standards.

• Uphold superior service and quality standards on a daily basis.

• Create an optimal customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or customer-facing environment.

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

• High attention to detail with speed and accuracy in order processing.

• Energetic, personable, and team-oriented attitude.
