GMG, a global well-being company, is hiring a Production Helper for its Meat Processing Unit in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in all production and butchery-related activities, ensuring smooth workflows and the efficient processing of meat products. Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all production/butchery procedures as per operational guidelines and team leader’s instructions

• Perform tasks including slicing, cutting, calibration, and deboning of chicken and meat products

• Ensure maximum yield and minimum wastage by accurately calibrating products according to specifications

• Complete butchery tasks within the given timeframes and based on production orders

• Adapt to working in lower temperature environments (15°C) when required

• Identify and report any issues to the Shift Supervisor for resolution

• Assist with any other duties as directed by the Production Supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail

• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work day and night shifts

• Comfortable working in cold temperatures (negative degree environment)

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
