Signature Collection Realty, a premier luxury real estate brokerage based in Dubai, is seeking a Team Leader (Real Estate) to spearhead a team of experienced real estate consultants. This is a unique opportunity for a proven sales leader who can bring a ready team (minimum 2–5 agents) and is well-versed in the Dubai luxury property market.

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, mentoring your team, and contributing to the firm’s high standards of service and performance in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring and lead a team of experienced real estate agents

• Set and track team KPIs and sales targets

• Coach team members to enhance their skills and productivity

• Participate in high-value transactions and negotiations

• Ensure effective lead management and CRM reporting (Bitrix24)

• Collaborate with the CEO and management on business strategy and marketing

• Maintain excellent client relationships and uphold brand standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Team Leader in Dubai

• Must have a team of 2–5+ experienced agents ready to join

• Deep knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Dubai

• Skilled in Bitrix24 CRM for lead and sales tracking

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• RERA Certification (preferred)

• Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or Swedish is a plus)
