Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a diverse group of students in enhancing their social skills, motor skills, subject knowledge, and independent learning abilities, in line with curriculum expectations. This role will involve working closely with a qualified teacher to create a safe, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in improving social, motor, and academic skills as per the curriculum expectations.

• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

• Use data to track student progress, set targets, and assist in planning and delivering differentiated lessons.

• Organize and prepare learning materials and resources.

• Communicate effectively with parents about students’ progress, achievements, and well-being.

• Promote positive behavior both in the classroom and around the school, following the behavior policy.

• Provide appropriate interventions to support students in overcoming learning barriers.

• Assist teachers with daily routines like organizing homework, diaries, and reading books.

• Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment.

• Receive feedback from experienced teachers to improve professional practice.

• Participate in training and mentoring programs to improve teaching skills.

• Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of student progress, especially in Arabic language.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in behavior management techniques tailored to students’ needs.

• Ability to engage and motivate students through effective teaching and technology use.

• Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities like after-school clubs, coaching, and lunch clubs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with students and staff.

• Ability to attend meetings and engage in professional development programs.
