Emirates Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Nurse to join its medical services team in Dubai. In this role, you will support registered nurses and physicians by delivering high-quality basic care to eligible staff and dependents. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during minor surgical procedures and examinations.

• Prepare surgical equipment and maintain adequate stock of medical supplies and health education materials.

• Support patient care by applying clean dressings, slings, or support bandages under supervision.

• Record vital signs and document patient health data in the EPR system.

• Collect and transport specimens (urine, sputum, etc.) for lab processing.

• Provide information to patients, visitors, and family members regarding medical procedures and facility guidelines.

• Follow Infection Control principles and assess risk to maintain a hazard-free environment.

• Assist with patient education and support during the care process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a Dubai healthcare setting.

• Diploma in Nursing with a course duration of at least 18 months.

• Eligible for licensing as an Assistant Nurse with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

• Experience in Primary Care or Paediatrics is an advantage.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
