We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage guest reservations and inquiries efficiently, provide exceptional service, and help maximize hotel occupancy and revenue. This is a full-time role suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of hospitality or travel agency experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reservation Handling: Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms. Offer accurate information about room availability, pricing, amenities, and promotional packages.

• Booking Entry: Accurately input guest reservation details into the hotel’s reservation system, ensuring correctness in names, dates, room preferences, and payment data.

• Guest Support: Modify or update existing bookings based on guest requests and resolve any issues related to bookings, special accommodations, or changes.

• Upselling Services: Promote hotel upgrades, exclusive packages, and amenities to enhance the guest experience while driving additional revenue.

• Confirmation & Follow-Up: Confirm bookings via email or phone, providing guests with reservation details, check-in instructions, and hotel policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in hospitality, hotel front office, or travel agency reservations.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred.

• Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.

• Nationality: Open to Arab Nationals, Egyptians, Sudanese, and Syrians.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems.

  • Ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
